Mr Rajeev Roy, Faculty, Entrepreneurship and International Management, Loyola University, Baltimore comes with years of experience in various fields. Prior to joining Loyola University in 2009, he was working as Associate Professor, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

Before his stint with teaching, Mr. Rajeev decorated the posts of Managing Director, Miles Solutions, Gurgaon (2002-2005); Proprietor, Niladri Enterprises, Bhubaneswar (1997 - 2002); and Associate Consultant, Price Waterhouse (1996 -1997).

Mr. Rajeev got his PhD from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, in 2007 on the topic Intermodal Transport: Case study on its importance for SMEs in Orissa.

He has presented various papers related to business management, account management, and marketing, both in the national and international levels, and has to his credits many publications in referred journals. He was also part of various projects such as Assessment of effectiveness of credit guarantee scheme of the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises, Measuring impact of SME-led value chains on rural economies, Developing a framework for cluster development etc.

Mr. Rajeev has been trained in entrepreneurship education conducted by Stanford Technology Ventures program (STVP) and National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) in 2006; SME field research workshop by UNIDO in 2007; and Workshop by Michael Porter on teaching Competitiveness held at Harvard Business School in Dec 2009.

Mr. Rajeev is also equipped with a Law degree from University Law College, Vanivihar, Bhubaneswar, and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

His area of interest is Research in Entrepreneurship.
