With over 28+ years of experience in the field of franchising in India with a clear focus on developing entrepreneur’s through franchising as a vehicle to use my God given talent of a clear vision to build 1000 entrepreneurs in the country. It was a clear direction that was laid on my heart to do so as a blessing to be with a life goal of helping these entrepreneurs achieve their life goal and i choose franchising as a vehicle to do so by offering products and services to earn profit for both the franchisor and the franchisee.

Qualification: MA, MMM, MA, MPhil, Ph.D in Franchise Management.
Achievements: Received the Best Franchise Manager award, in the country by FIHL in 2005. Have, written 2 articles on franchising. A sort after speaker and writer in various franchising magazines and forums in the country. Instrumental in organising the Retail Franchising event organised by FICCI and Madras University in 2014. Received an award for Retail Mentor by leading business magazine Dhanam in Kochi.
